Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are generally:

  • 6–10 business days for standard shipping.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Elunix is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

International Orders
